全新一季《饭没了秀中华小使者》将以青少年文化交流为切入点，孩子们将作为中华小使者前往伦敦艺术殿堂级学校进行，将中华传统文化带出国门，肩负起弘扬中华传统文化的使命。并通过如艺术、美食、运动等多个文化主题，进行文化深度交流，在强子哥哥的带领下探访英国的名校、建筑、博物馆等，带给观众一场场振奋人心的文化盛宴。
